Audit

Features

Everything between the autoclave and the archive

Phønix Audit collects the cycle data, analyses it, writes the report and keeps the record. Each step is logged.

Data collection

  • WinCC log files

Follows the DataLog and ProcessLog files while WinCC writes to them. Only new lines are read, and circular logs that overwrite old data are handled.

  • SIMATIC S7 PLC

Reads temperatures, pressure, recipe and cycle number directly from the PLC when a connection is available.

  • Files and folders

CSV and Excel files from a watched folder or by upload. Each file is identified by its SHA-256, so it is never imported twice.

  • Raw data archive

Every logged line is kept byte for byte in a daily archive, compressed and fingerprinted once the day is closed.

Analysis

  • Start and end of each cycle

Found from the temperature and pressure profile, and from the PLC's own phase signals where they are logged.

  • F0 and hold time

F0 is integrated second by second. Hold time is measured at the recipe's minimum temperature on the controlling sensor, the way the PLC counts it.

  • Recipe limits

Hold temperature, hold time, pressure up and down, cooling temperature and cooling time are checked against the recipe.

  • Data quality

Gaps, frozen values, sensor deviations and duplicate cycles are flagged before anyone signs.

Reports and records

  • PDF/A-3 cook report

One report per cycle with curve, key figures, findings and signatures. The raw data for the cycle is embedded in the PDF.

  • Unique and verifiable

Each report has its own number and a SHA-256 fingerprint. Any change to the file can be detected.

  • Electronic release

Operator acknowledgement and release by a second person, with signature meaning, date and time.

  • Audit trail

Every login, change and signature is written to a hash-chained log that can be reviewed and exported.

  • Languages

User interface and reports in Danish, English and Swedish.

  • Trends

Cycle times, F0 and deviations per autoclave and recipe over time.
