Uses the data you already have
Reads Siemens WinCC log files, SIMATIC S7 PLCs and CSV or Excel exports. Read-only, so the autoclave and its HMI keep running as before.
Calculates what matters
F0 value, hold time and temperature, pressure during heating, holding and cooling, and the time to reach cooling temperature – per sensor.
Checks every cycle
Compares each cycle with the recipe limits and flags gaps in the data, duplicate records, sensor deviations and cycles that never finished.
Reports that hold up
Archive-grade PDF/A reports with the raw data embedded, a SHA-256 fingerprint, a unique report number and an optional digital signature.
Release with an audit trail
